Discovery of course creation

• people don't understand "contribute"
• homepage buttons don't look like buttons
• create button learn page should show for logged out users as well, and prompt for a login

"test course" feature is a bit strange - how can we improve this? should we wait until the next revision

• Suggestion for everything to be a draft at the start

• insert a progression bar
• suggestion for integrated help content

Short term changes

• create button learn page should show for logged out users as well, and prompt for a login
• indicate draft over course graphic
• add "publish" button if a course is in draft +1
  • currently you have to go into the settings to publish
• Remove step 2
• Remove step 3 ?
