cleaning start of giacomo:
I imported the data in GRefine, eliminated the first rows that had
description. Eliminated "World" and continents records, as we can get
them throught addiction. Eliminated some redundant columns as 'Rank'
for multiple years, 'relative changes' and change description because
we can caluculat it if and when needed.
