We are seeking a strong designer to help with web design and stylistic consistency across P2PU. We need someone to own the aesthetics of our website. This is a part-time contract position open immediately. Join our passionate, diverse, and global team.

Responsibilities - How you'll spend your time:
Review and improve the design of the functional interface of p2pu.org. Create and refine basic design elements and ensure their consistent use across the site. Document best practices and guidelines.
Requirements - You should have most or all of the following:
- At least 3-5 years experience with web design and identity.
- A strong design portfolio of previous work.
- Strong illustration/iconography abilities.
- Focused and self-motivated.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Proficient working in Adobe Photoshop and/or Fireworks.
- Experience designing for social sites and applications.
Bonus Points - Not necessary, but highly favorable:
- Previous contributions to P2PU.
- Front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, & JavaScript).
- BA/BS in Visual Design, Interaction Design, or other visual arts.
