Priorities:
- Performance (see below)
- Keep course menus consistent across all tabs? - Changes have been made, need to be rolled out to production [Charles]
- Workflow for creating courses [George to focus on this week, keep Charles in the loop, see below for more detail]
- Webcraft integration [Charles to start thinking about - probably only start development next week]
- "Accept Terms of Site" checkbox during sign-ups [postponed for next week, at least]

Performance:

- Philipp to ask Andre to look at linode documention to see why Apache crashes completely rather than getting slower over time, before crashing.
Course workflow
Anyone can create a draft course, and the status field would indicate where it would appear.
2 phases: 1) Create the new course 2) Allow creating a course from an existing one
- First step: allow any user to create a course ("draft")
- Goal: basic functionality in place 8 August 2010
Key dates
- 13 Aug - 2 Sep: Orientation seminars (including courses loaded into p2pu.org site)
- 13 Aug - 18 Aug: Courses loaded into p2pu.org site for those not participating in orientation
- 18 Aug - 25 Aug: Peer review for all courses
- 25 Aug: Announcement of courses and sign-up
- 25 Aug - 8 Sep: Sign-up open
- 8 - 15 Sep: Review of sign-ups, preparations for course start
- 12 Sep: Participants are informed
- 15 Sep: Courses start
- 27 Oct: Courses close
