Add connective "tissue" - a place for all of this to come together. Worth calling out and considering. Buckets are happening independently in the ether (the cloud?) - but P2PU puts it together into a coherent space. How do you manage that? Strategic!

Disruptive innovation
One of many theories of innovation. Plenty examples where you can get success, but not "disrupt" -> feedback to improve / change existing system. Innovation in education does not transfer very well at all. 

Do some stuff around experimentation with basic learning - where there is consumption, but this is a new model that provides leadership in the market place. 

Web developers is a good area to go after, but ... caution that you also make other things / do other stuff. 

Don't want to be outside of core learning completely. Either cutting edge in the delivery / but non technical.
