Primary Responsibilities:


Strategy & Leadership

- Articulate and communicate P2PU's mission, values and strategy in ways that build community
- Uphold the values of openness, community, and peer-learning in everything P2PU does
- Promote and speak about P2PU to build reputation and recognition for our ideas and work 
- Manage relationships with stakeholders & partners


Operations & Infrastructure

- Turn strategy into action
- Set goals, track progress
- Develop new projects, programs, and partnerships [where does this fit?]

- Define roles and responsibilities
- Find, hire, and retain great people
- Help staff succeed

* Infrastructure
- Legal
- Technology


Revenue & Finance  (call this revenue streams)

- Prepare an annual budget for board approval
- Set and implement fund-raising priorities 
- Monitor financial health of the organization and ensure positive cash-flow
- Report to board and funders
- Ensure long-term sustainability by identifying and implementing revenue streams


Annual Evaluation

ED identifies biggests challenges
- shares agenda a week before the meeting
- how do you want to spend the time
- what are the questions you want to talk about

Priorities for the next 12 months
- Funders

Goals for 3-6 months
