• What would be the one piece of advice that you would give to someone starting in your job? (What's the advice you would have liked to have when you started?)

• What was the best thing about working for P2PU?

• What was the most difficult thing about working for P2PU?

• Did you have everything you needed to be successful?

• Do you feel good about your accomplishments? Did you get satisfaction from your work?

• Was your work challenging? Did you have opportunities to grow?

• If you ever felt frustrated or unhappy, were there opportunities for you to express your thoughts? Were they taken seriously?

• If you could have changed one thing about the work at P2PU, what would it be?

• Are certain kind of people more likely to enjoy working at P2PU? What are their characteristics?

• If you could have redesigned your job at P2PU to be exactly what you wanted it to be, what would you have changed?
