you can do that with a shared screen session.  I actually met one of the SV startup bus guys that way, in a shared session.

none, but you can put it behind http auth which you can connect to ldap
there's also a rewrite in progress called etherpad lite... but I don't know how far along it is

I would pay serious money for feature improvements, I use this every day... check out the "time slider" at the top right
