A - User requested to be grouped:

  (Not final numbers:) ~6200 users in 1480 unique groups
  everyone with a valid group_code gets grouped with their friends
  regardless of sign-up time, and defered status/confirmation
  min individual group size is 4, groups with <4 users are added into larger groups
  groups with fewer than 4 get filled up with friends

B - User did not request a specific group

  Friends: 1st pass / sunday 3pm

• defered=yes (which actually means, they want to take it, thank you chris!)
• of the "friends" (first 3,200) the unanswered = we for 2nd pass
