Update of work

Discuss deadlines and deliverables

Deliverable: 13/01 The complete paper focusing on B2B

Are we getting there?

What we should have done:

- defining repair
- Defining products
- Consumer literature study (Tim Cooper, only small amendments)
- Business literature study (Made a start,  needs to be morphed with B2B interviews)
- Identification repair Options (Made a start, more directed work needed, brainstorm?)

To do:

20/01 survey
27/01 map out repair acticvity
27/01 estimate market share

From our side, these activities are very nicely on schedule. For the consumer part, Tim might need to get cracking on updating the numbers.  We can help with that.

03/02 Consumer barriers
03/02 Business barriers

these are very well described in Tim's  unpublished work. Literature review also laid bare barriers. These need to be split split up/analysed and categorised according to potential actions to increase repair.

10/02 identifying opportunities & write up.
