QA Process for emails
  - test all together

Emails during course
  - 2 per week
    - 4pm on Mondays for sending first week email
    - 4pm on Wednesday for second email
  - Cleared for testing by Thurs for the following week, test out over the weekend, approvals in on Monday AM
  
Analytics
  - Pull in subscribe rate
  
Feedback email
  - Reply to forward to an email address
  - mooc-e@p2pu.org
  - maybe look into get satisfaction for later
  - place for FAQ answers. Prefer to answer with stock FAQ answers
  - add to footer when ready
  
Grouping
  - Steve to write group introduction email
      - How groups are formed: Timezone, experience
      - What to do if there is someone in your group making you uncomfortable
      - Reply to this e-mail to confirm you are interested in participating in a peer cluster
      - Logic for how groups we're created
  - Group emails hide individual members' emails
  - for Oct 5th
    - group real participation email. People need to reply to email an email in order to be included in the grouping
    
Grouping Logic
  - larger groups would be good ~12 people
    - so if people don't participate, still activity
