     • What aspect of openness do you want to teach or learn with others in your region?
     • For newbies: Name a time when openness helped you.
   • Overview, Q&A 
2. Discuss each region's education needs - 30 min
   • What is your region's education needs around "open"? eg. licensing, policy, OER?
   • Who are you trying to help? (transition from large group to break-out)

3. Find and/or outline resources to help that person
