• Peer-learning program design, implementation and support (for schools, universities, organizations and community groups)
  • E.g. - Alan and Laura put in a proposal to Sullivan Foundation -

• Legal formation and integration with P2PU
• Decide organizational model
• Developing Pro-formas, service offering page, etc.

Option 1
Member-owend cooperative consulting group with P2PU brand

• Form a member-owned LLC called something explicitly related to P2PU (e.g. P2PU Consulting Corps)
• Members of the cooperative keep the majority of the fees they collect from any given project for themselves and invest 10-20% of those fees back into the cooperative automatically.  
• That contribution will be used to cover fixed business expenses like licensing, registration, domain fees, etc.  Other larger investments (media production, marketing projects, etc.) will go through a member vote of the cooperative.
• Additionally LLC commits X% of profit to P2PU through its charter

Option 2
Affiliated consultant network / Franchise

• An agreement that allows individuals or corporations to consult as partners / members of P2PU network?
• Possibly just as simple as upholding values and agreeing to contribute some percentage of funds from consulting to P2PU?
