These are short lightning talks - present your experiment - get feedback
- Present a prototype (extra points for prototypes that are live on the site)
- Be experimental. Push the boundaries of what P2PU could be regarding:
- subject matter ("a course on XYZ? no way!" "yes way!")
- structure ("we all meditate together at the same time")
- impact ("i'm going to teach 1M kids in Uganda to read by Nov 15 2011")
- Joint experimentation with other participant is encouraged (and less work)
- Make sure to mention any ideas you have for the platform that will help you run this

I'd like a class that is loosely based off of innocentive (or maybe even part of them) where we have contests to solve different social problems. For examples, how can you use game mechanics to increase donations to charity? This can be integrated with some of the concepts of behavioral economics. We can come up with our own challenges, or have an open call for ideas, or we can try and solve some of Innocentive's challeges.

- Github 101 Challenges
- create one or more challenges that allow developers to get started with github
- will be useful not only to possible contributors of lernanta but also to anyone planning to contribute to a project based on github
- there is a lot of content in the github documentation that the challenges can be based on
- related to a course on p2pu http://p2pu.org/en/groups/lets-git-together/

- we have had some very successful "tradtionally" taught courses at P2PU. They're not groundbreaking, but they're GOOD.
- I'd like to design a complete template for someone who wants to come in, do 6 weeks, and then walk away.
- This will be connected to resources, methodologies, pedagogy etc.
- -> Bekka, ive been thinking alot about this recently, would love to chat to you about this - Nad
- Hey Bekka - this is really important - also happy to talk more about this. PB
